There are 3 types of booking forms, each requiring different information.  If you wish to make a booking for manciures, pedicures, facials, waxing, general make-up & hair-styling, spray tanning, personal styling, education, massages etc, complete a General Beauty Booking Form .  If you wish to book for a wedding, complete the Wedding Booking Form or a Spartie, complete the Spartie Booking Form.  Make sure you read each of the particular booking terms and conditions at the foot of each booking form.  We look forward to hearing from you and appreciate your business.
