Spartie Booking Terms & Conditions 
All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The b.o.d squad must have access to the venue 30 minutes prior to the first treatment time to set up.
2. If acceptable parking is not available at the venue free of charge; the Host is responsible for arranging parking and the cost of each b.o.d squadees vehicle, hotel parking is room charged where permitted and is the preferred method.
3. Spartie treatment add-ons are acceptable if the b.o.d squadee agrees; no-shows or treatment deductions are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, payment applies as per the clause above.
4. All treatments on the booking form must be paid for in full, if payment is not received Beauty on Demand reserves the right to charge the Host for any unpaid guest treatments whether booked or as an add on, and the Host agrees to pay without without offset or costs within 7 days of notification from Beauty on Demand.
5. The Host agrees to pay 30% of the total Spartie value to a bank account nominated by Beauty on Demand upon notification and confirmation of the Spartie booking from Beauty on Demand and payment via the notified method to the bod squad on the day of the Spartie or via bank transfer to the nominated Beauty on Demand account 3 days prior to the Spartie booking date.
6. The Host acknowledges that cancellation of the Spartie with less than 7 working days notice (Monday - Saturday) is subject to a 50% of the total booking value which can be paid via bank transfer to a nominated account by Beauty on Demand within 7 days of notification of cancellation.
7. The Host acknowledges full responsibility of all charges not paid at the Spartie by it's Guests and agrees to pay to Beauty on Demand all charges without offset or costs within 7 days of the spartie.
8. Cancellations are only acceptable in writing via email to cancellations@beautyondemand.co.nz and are only deemed received upon confirmation receipt return email sent by Beauty On Demand to the Host.
9. Beauty on Demand agrees to respond within 5 hours of receipt to any cancellation email received.
10. In completing the above Spartie booking form, the Host agrees unresevervedly to these booking Terms and Conditions.
