Wedding Booking Terms & Conditions
Payments:
All bookings, upon confirmation, require a 30% holding bond - this bond is fully refundable up to 12 weeks prior to the Wedding date.  A further 20% is required 8 weeks prior to the wedding date.  The full balance payment is expected on the day in cash or via bank transfer to Beauty on Demand's nominated account 5 days prior to the wedding date, or unless as arranged and mutually agreed by the b.o.d squadee attending the booking. 
Added Costs: 
Persons booked for, but are no-shows are fully payable by the Booker. 
Parking fees are an added cost payable by the Booker - hotel parking is room charged unless otherwise arranged with Beauty on Demand or as arranged and mutually agreed by the b.o.d squadee attending the booking. 
Cancellations:
Cancellations are only acceptable in writing via email to the following email address:  info@beautyondemand.co.nz; cancellations directly to the b.o.d squadee are not acceptable and are not considered valid. For cancellations of 12 weeks or less; the Booker agrees to pay to Beauty on Demand a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price with no offset or cost deduction with 7 days written notice of the cancellation via bank transfer to Beauty on Demand's nominated account.   Cancellations are not deemed received unless the sender has received a written cancellation confirmation from Beauty on Demand; Beauty on Demand agrees to send confirmation of receipt of the cancellation within 5 hours of receiving. 
Agreement:
In completing the above form, you agree to these terms and conditions. 
Definitions: 
Booker is the person who made the booking directly with Beauty on Demand.
